Omega-3 Gummies sugar-free

Yes. Two gummies contain 500 mg of omega-3 (DHA & EPA) from algae oil. This safely provides the daily amount of 250 mg needed for positive effects on the heart, brain, and eyesight. They are particularly suitable for people who eat little fish.

Omega‑3 fatty acids such as DHA help maintain normal brain function and vision. Combined with a balanced diet, they make a valuable contribution to your child’s normal development.

Yes, our Omega-3 Gummies are suitable for children aged 4 and over. Young people aged 10 and over and adults take 4 Gummies daily; children aged 4 and over take 1 Gummie daily.

Yes. Kids/Teens Complete provides basic nutritional support. The gummies specifically supplement the need for DHA and EPA. The combination can be used without any problems to ensure an optimal supply of essential fatty acids. Note: Food supplements are not a substitute for a balanced and varied diet.

Yes, after opening, we recommend storing it in the refrigerator. This keeps the delicate fatty acids optimally fresh and protected from oxidation. Unopened cans also benefit from cool, dark storage.

Ideally, take it with a meal—for example, immediately after breakfast. Since omega-3 fatty acids are fat-soluble, dietary fats support their absorption in the body. However, it is also possible to take it without food.

Omega‑3 algae oil is a vegan, sustainable alternative to fish oil—free from fishy taste and naturally low in marine contaminants. It provides directly usable DHA for children as well as EPA, without the conversion loss associated with plant-based ALA sources such as flaxseed oil.

Yes, the Omega 3 Gummies are 100% vegan and contain omega-3s from algae oil, which offers a plant-based alternative to fish oil. Since the omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA are found in the plant-based algae source, they are perfectly suitable for children following a vegan or vegetarian diet who want to meet their daily needs naturally.

Anyone who has ever taken pure algae oil knows its strong characteristic taste. We worked on this for over a year to incorporate 250 mg of omega-3s into a fruit gummy, and in the end, around 15% of its weight consists of pure algae oil. To mask the characteristic taste, we used various natural options, including antioxidants, flavorings, sweeteners, and other methods. Although the large amount of algae oil and these measures can completely mask the algae oil, a slight aftertaste remains, reminiscent of a “sweet cream.” We are aware of this taste, and it is necessary to mask the algae oil’s “fishy characteristic taste.”

Both forms can provide high-quality omega-3. However, many children accept gummies more readily because they can be chewed. Capsules are often large and can be difficult to swallow at a young age.

Our algae come from controlled cultivation in closed systems (tanks) on land. This prevents contamination from environmental toxins in the ocean.

We check the quality and freshness (TOTOX value) of the pure algae oil before processing. In the finished fruit gummy, a standard TOTOX analysis is no longer technically meaningful due to the flavors it contains. To guarantee freshness, we process the oil under a protective atmosphere and minimize contact with air.

No. The dosage is safely tailored to children's needs. On days when your child eats fatty fish, intake can be paused; however, combining them within the recommended intake is harmless.

Due to the risk of choking on solid fruit gummies, they are generally not recommended for children under 4 years of age. If there is a specific need for omega-3, please discuss the dosage and form of administration with your pediatrician beforehand.

DHA is an essential building block of the brain and nerve cells. Since the body cannot produce sufficient amounts of these fatty acids itself, an adequate intake helps maintain normal brain function. This is an important foundation for mental performance as part of a healthy lifestyle.

There are many scientific studies examining omega‑3 fatty acids and cognitive development. An adequate supply of DHA and EPA is generally an important part of a health-conscious diet. As a manufacturer, we refrain from making medical claims regarding specific therapeutic questions or diagnoses such as ADHD—please always discuss individual needs with a medical professional.

However, the dosage should be individually agreed upon with a doctor.
